**Pacific FC - Marketing Coordinator**

**Who we are**:
Pacific Football Club, located in fast-growing Langford on beautiful Vancouver Island, is a purpose driven soccer club dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community through the power of the beautiful game. Our mission is to elevate Canadian soccer, creating unforgettable experiences and developing local players, staff and future leaders in Canadian Soccer.

As a member club of the Canadian Premier League, we are determined to make a significant impact on Canadian soccer while nurturing a sense of belonging within our fan base and community.

**The Role**:
Are you passionate about soccer and boast the creative skills to match? Do you have skills in digital content, social media and fan engagement? If you have the ability to plan and execute community events that resonate with both diehard and new fans, then we have a spot for you in our team. This is a full time, in person position at our Langford office with a salary range of
$35-40k.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring we remain connected with our devoted fans. Your responsibilities encompass:
Digital Content Creation: Develop compelling digital content, ranging from TikTok clips to captivating interviews, that showcase the spirit of Pacific FC and give a peak behind the curtain of a professional soccer club.

Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media platforms, keeping our followers informed and engaged with the latest updates and highlights while using analytics to grow our audience and drive campaigns.

Web Content Management: Maintain and update our website, ensuring it remains an engaging and informative hub for our supporters. Leveraging analytics and data to maximize the online experience and drive conversions.

Community Engagement Events: Organize and execute events that deepen our connection with fans and our local community.

**Qualifications**:

- A Marketing Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Wordpress.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- A knowledge of the Island and the Canadian soccer community is an asset.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Pacific FC
