**MARKETING COORDINATOR**

Tall Tree Health is looking for a savvy marketing coordinator; a digital marketer, great writer, and all-around creative genius to help tell the Tall Tree story. You will create and share content that supports our purpose of 'Healthcare the way it should be done'. You understand how to use visuals, language, tone, and style in a way that aligns with the brand platform and engages diverse audiences both inside and outside of the organization.

**THE ROLE**

**Basic Purpose**

To communicate Tall Tree Health’s mission and vision to the public, and to promote Tall Tree Health as a brand. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and sharing content that reinforces Tall Tree Health’s three pillars: Clinical Excellence, Caring, and Fun. The Marketing Coordinator achieves this by using a consistent voice and style that personifies Tall Tree Health in a fun, friendly, community-minded, and thoughtful way. They will be responsible for the management of all digital and social media accounts and content.

**Essential Functions**

Content Creation
- Researching audience preferences to discover current trends and best practices.
- Creating engaging and visually pleasing text, image, and video content.
- Writing and designing content (SM posts, blogs, newsletter, etc.) in line with Tall Tree’s Communication Strategy.
- Staying up-to-date with changes and trends on all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Copyrighting and headline production.
- Tracking and reporting on performance of all channels including Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and Newsletters (Internally and externally).
- Website management for events, blogs, and user experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to use social media in line with Tall Tree’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
- Managing online communities and responding to customers queries.
- Scheduling and running advertisements in line with Tall Tree’s strategic priorities.
- Developing an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic, and customer engagement metrics in line with Tall Tree’s Content Strategy,
- Suggesting new ways to attract prospective customers such as through promotions and contests.

Event and Classes Management
- Managing: Content on event pages, Squarespace transactions, Marketing & Communications, Marketing materials, and Transactions and registrations.
- Proactively collaborating with instructors to coordinate event hostings, establishing relevant details, creating client communications and logistics including physical space details, equipment needs, and keeping open lines of communication between relevant parties (ex: Clinic Directors, Office Managers, and facilitators)
- Communicating with online client queries.
- Miscellaneous associated tasks.

Website Management
- Assisting with website management, marketing communications, and blog content creation.
- Webpage creation and curation
- Ordering source and order promotional products from suppliers as needed.

All other duties as may be assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Be a great storyteller across a variety of different mediums.
- Be a fantastic writer with a meticulous eye for grammar and spelling.
- Have an understanding of emerging digital trends and how to leverage social media channels for maximum effect.
- Be creative, with knowledge of different design tools and photo and video editing techniques.
- Have a solid understanding of analytics and able to use the insights to report out and make improvements.
- Have experience working with the following programs is preferred: Adobe Creative Suite programs, mainly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Experience with video and audio production is considered an asset.

Note: Preference will be given to those with an undergraduate degree in marketing and communications and/or 3-5 years experience in the field.

**Salary**: $20.50-$26.50 per hour
