About You
You’re organized and success-oriented. You have a passion for helping others thrive, and want to learn everything there is to know about fundraising. You aspire to be both a guide to our clients and an account manager, and are comfortable working in a team environment. You're able to work well to interpret incomplete information and seek out the answers you need to accomplish your tasks. You are an effective communicator, able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver on timelines. You are able to identify when you need help and ask for it.

The Gig
As a Strategy Coordinator, you will support a roster of clients with the goal of helping them raise more money. You will be supported by Fundraising Strategists and Account Directors, ensuring you get training from experts in various fields. In your first year. you’ll be part account manager, part project coordinator and part strategist, accountable to your clients as well as your team. You’ll be backed by an incredibly creative and collaborative production team of writers, designers, marketing assistants and developers. Compensation
- Strategy Coordinator: $41,000 - $45,000 annual salary

Major Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Production
- Working with Strategists to execute fundraising campaign plans.
- Assist strategists with the creation and management of fundraising projects.
- Working closely with the Project Manager, lead internal campaign execution so that projects are on time and within scope.
- Liaise with Frontier’s external partners and other internal departments.
- Assist Strategists with client meetings and agenda preparation, taking meeting notes and planning any agreed actions.
- Gather and communicate data, content, and project updates for Strategists, clients, and other internal departments.
- Assist in research to ensure you and Frontier are aware of current fundraising trends.
- Develop your fundraising expertise and use that to elevate client campaign results.

Client Success
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients.
- Participate in client production meetings.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project budgets and time tracking.
- Catalog all client materials.

- Understanding of online tools like Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, etc
- Experience working for or volunteering with a charity or nonprofit
- Experience working in a customer service role
