**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth within the automotive industry. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the long-term success of our automotive business division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and implement effective business development initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use this information to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, and actively manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the automotive market, and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Prior sales experience
- Valid OMVIC License
- Valid Ontario Drivers License
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational abilities
- A passion for creating incredible customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat attitude.
- Driven by results and performance.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
