**Sommaire**:
La personne qui occupera ce poste épaulera plusieurs équipes, actuelles et futures, qui doivent travailler dans les deux langues. Vous devrez traduire des documents pour soutenir EDealer dans toutes ses activités de marketing et de vente, mais également traduire des sites Web et d’autres produits pour nos clients (de l’anglais au français canadien et possiblement du français à l’anglais). De plus, vous adapterez des documents internes pour aider les employés à atteindre leur plein potentiel et vous participerez à l’expansion de l’entreprise dans les marchés francophones et bilingues.

**Responsabilités**:

- **Développement de produits bilingues**: faire des recherches et développer une terminologie spécifique à l’industrie automobile. Rendre cette terminologie accessible à nos équipes de développement qui créent des plateformes en français dans le but d’offrir une expérience de qualité aux utilisateurs.
- **Service à la clientèle/ventes**: créer des modèles de rapports et de propositions qui seront utilisés par nos équipes des ventes et du service à la clientèle pour élaborer des documents en français. Au besoin, aider nos équipes à préparer ces documents destinés à des clients francophones ou bilingues.
- **Publicité numérique**: au besoin, traduire de la publicité numérique conçue sur mesure pour les concessionnaires.
- **SEO et contenu**: traduire des balises titre et des méta-descriptions. Traduire du contenu provenant d’un site en anglais pour des nouveaux clients bilingues ou francophones qui n’ont pas opté pour nos services de création de contenu (ex.: le client a déjà un site en anglais ou partiellement bilingue, mais il migre avec des pages de contenu incomplètes/manquantes).
- **Production de nouveaux sites Web**: traduire les nouveaux sites Web (+WPML, Localize). Effectuer l’assurance qualité avant le lancement pour s’assurer qu’il n’y a pas d’erreurs d’orthographe, de grammaire ou de ponctuation avant de montrer le site au client pour approbation.
- **Services à la clientèle/conception graphique**: traduire le texte sur les images et les graphiques, les noms de fichiers et le texte de remplacement des images (alt text) qui sont inclus dans le cahier des charges pour la réalisation d’un site Web.
- **Marketing**: traduire tous les documents de marketing et de vente, comme des articles de blogue, des annonces sur les réseaux sociaux, des pages Web promotionnelles, des infolettres, des communiqués de presse, etc.
- **Formation interne**: traduire des documents sur les procédures et processus internes, y compris des sous-titres dans les vidéos de formation en anglais.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience avérée en tant que traducteur
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français canadien
- Capacité avérée à gérer plusieurs projets et à définir des priorités lorsque les échéances entrent en conflit
- Expérience en traduction de logiciels et avec Localize sont des atouts
- Expérience avec un outil de TAO est un atout
