**Vaccine Clinic Support Staff**:
**Job Summary**:
These positions will work at community clinics, and report to the Administrative Supervisor, COVID Vaccine Operations. They will provide a variety of vaccine clinic support staff roles and functions, including registration and checkout, navigation, and other administrative support roles identified as required to support efficient and effective COVID vaccination clinic operations. These positions provide support to the COVID-19 Vaccine Operations Manager and Supervisors, as well as support to the Clinic Operations Team, responding to client inquiries, ordering and maintaining supplies, managing confidential correspondence and records, and processing data relevant to the COVID Operations program.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Administrative and program support to team’s Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, and Clinic Operations Team.
- Support the implementation of continuous quality improvement system enhancements to operational and administrative processes to deliver efficient and effective vaccination clinic operations.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control measures such as proper hand hygiene, and maintaining physical distancing.
- Assist with clinic set up and take down.
- Assist Administrative Clinic Coordinator with organizing the clinic day and required roles and functions at the clinic.
- Guide and direct clients while maintaining clinic flow.
- Direct clients to appropriate immunizer.
- Answer clients’ questions pre and post immunization.
- Escalate concerns to Administrative Clinic Coordinator as needed.
- Assist with data collection and data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Secondary School Diploma.
- Recent experience in direct client facing vaccine clinic service delivery and/or recent experience in supporting other clinic administrative roles and functions, including employee engagement, timesheets/payroll and scheduling operations and processes.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast paced work environment.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other databases and software.

**Preferred**
- Post secondary degree in business, health discipline or other related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience in customer service, health, community or public health oriented environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexibility in working hours is required. Weekend hours (Saturdays) are required; evening hours may be required.
- Travel across Halton is required for these positions and the incumbents must supply own transportation.
