- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Establish and maintain HR systems, and ensure data accuracy.
- Help with employee relations and address employee concerns.
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Must be available for 15-25 hours per week.
- Home office setup required (computer & internet access).

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours; morning or afternoon
