**About Felix**

**The Role**

The HR Generalist will support the business with human capital requirements as we continue to scale. The HR Generalist will report to the Head of People. They will serve as a key business partner to the leadership team and support all talent management efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR infrastructure (people, processes, systems) with an eye toward longer term growth expectations
- Support the design, implementation, and oversight of appropriate compensation and benefits plans that are adaptable to the changing market
- Support employees accordingly with HR-related issues or questions
- Manage all HR-related systems and tooling (e.g. BambooHR, benefits)
- Oversee the performance review cycle, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and real time feedback
- Support the development, implementation and change management of relevant policies
- Identify opportunities for leadership and management training
- Support the design and oversight of the onboarding program for new hires
- Support recruiting team where necessary with talent acquisition & headcount planning
- Support employment marketing/branding strategies that reflect the organization’s culture and attract and retain the best and most appropriate talent while building a continuous talent pipeline
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support leadership
- Perform ad-hoc office administration tasks
- Keep a pulse on employee satisfaction, and design and implement strategies for improvement

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
- Experience building out the HR function in a high growth environment.
- Deep expertise in talent management, development, and retention programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in a range of HR areas including employee relations, performance management compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand strategic business objectives, and articulate human capital and human resources needs and plans to the executive leadership team.
- Possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, exemplified by self-awareness and empathy, to gain the trust and commitment necessary for transformative change.
- Experience in high growth startup considered an asset
