**About the HRIS BUSINESS ANALYST role**:

In this role as an HRIS Business Analyst, you'll assist clients in realizing the potential of HubbubHR's technology, as well as guide them through any changes that come with it. This position also offers opportunities for personal growth, such as mastering new skills, tackling new challenges, and learning about our client’s industries, all while building meaningful relationships. Additionally, you'll have the chance to collaborate with an outstanding team of individuals at HubbubHR.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Building exceptional client relationships, and communicating effectively with HR and business stakeholders around the world to provide a personalized service experience.
- Leading client implementation projects with cross-functional teams, including project planning, monitoring, and oversight of the project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Analyzing complex business problems and translating business requirements into solution requirements for internal and external projects, development, and integration teams.
- Partnering with clients to configure the HubbubHR system; planning and executing user acceptance testing, providing guidance on data imports, and planning training activities.
- Providing ongoing assistance to clients to help them adapt to change, deliver transformation, maximize user adoption, and realize technology benefits.
- Working cross-functionally with the HubbubHR team to deliver value and ROI to clients.
- Overseeing client support requests to ensure they are analyzed, actioned, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinating and communicating solution implementations with both client and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HubbubHR client onboarding, change management, and best practice client support initiatives.
- Participating in creating and delivering client training programs & knowledge solutions.
- Working with the HubbubHR team to design, document, and test technology solutions to streamline and automate HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Engaging in continual learning about HR processes and technology.

**About you**:

- You have **MINIMUM **5+ years of industry experience implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Solutions from a business perspective.
- You are a self-motivated and high-energy individual who knows how to manage your own time, which means you can work independently and get things done in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- You are a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about coming up with new and innovative solutions to help clients succeed. You are an expert in HR technology and process changes, and you know how to drive transformation in a company.
- Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be critical in this position. You must be able to explain complex situations clearly and simply, in addition to regularly corresponding with stakeholders in a timely, professional, and positive manner.
- Problem-solving is your specialty, which means you are great at prioritizing tasks, adapting to changes, and working on multiple projects concurrently. You always meet your deadlines and stay focused on your deliverables.
- You are passionate about learning new things and always seeking out innovative ideas. You have the ability to understand different points of view and assimilate new knowledge quickly.
- You enjoy taking on a challenge, and you're able to adapt and take ownership of tasks and problems even beyond your initial scope of responsibility.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and know how to collaborate effectively in an agile team environment, building positive working relationships across all levels of HubbubHR, partners, and client teams while working remotely.
- You are a highly enthusiastic dreamer and driven visionary with a passion for excellence. You have the desire to make a difference in the lives of your clients, and you always strive for continuous growth and improvement.
- You are well versed in Microsoft O365 Suite, with Power BI, Jira, MS Dev Ops, or similar tools.
