Front Desk Host for Photo Studio

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bilingual Client Reception**: Warmly greet and assist clients in both English and Chinese, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Front Desk Management**: Handle front desk operations including client check-ins, registration, and maintaining an inviting reception area.
- **Multilingual Communication**: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in both English and Chinese, providing accurate information about our services and scheduling.
- **Appointment Coordination**: Arrange and confirm appointments, coordinating with photographers to ensure efficient studio operations.
- **Financial Transactions**: Process payments, handle cash transactions, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Address client needs and resolve issues with a positive and professional demeanor.
- **Administrative Duties**: Perform data entry, record keeping, and assist in maintaining the studio.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a creative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy setting.
- Organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in handling cash and basic accounting tasks.
- Professional appearance and approach.
**Preferred**:
- Prior experience in the Service industry.
- Additional language skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 5.5 - 30 per week
