**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketer to support our team in executing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role will suit an individual who is organized, tech-savvy, and has a strong interest in digital marketing. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help develop strategies, analyze data, and drive results that align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and tracking performance.
- Perform research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities within the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure alignment in branding and messaging.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and report performance metrics to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Assist in managing the company’s website content and optimizing it for search engines (SEO).
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a coordinator or support role.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Certification in Google Analytics or related digital marketing fields is a plus.
