J. Vair Anderson Jewellers is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Strategist to assist in proactively planning, development, implementing and managing our digital marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and implement a digital strategy together with store leadership
- Manage the digital ecosystem, including all owned properties and channels
- Act as the project manager to assign tasks to the digital agency and ensure they are completed on time, according to specification, and within budget
- Optimize website with the goal of improving traffic, user journey, and visibility
- Ensure use of correct technology and partners to optimize site backend (CMS + SEO) and frontend (design)
- Lead e-commerce activities, including back-end systems management and performance optimization
- Implement digital projects in collaboration with brand partners on all digital platforms according to individual guidelines
- Oversee functionality and testing of all contact methods
- Establish internal KPIs to monitor and track performance
- Maintain and update Google My Business account(s) with the expected level of quality
- Develop and implement a social media strategy; create a content calendar and post accordingly

**Digital Marketing**
- Responsible for digital marketing activities and budgets, including determination of activities calendar and campaign spend within brand constraints
- Conduct SEM, Google Shopping, and paid activities if appropriate and optimize YOY
- Track digital marketing budgets and performance according to KPIs

**Skills**
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing disciplines: digital media, SEO, e-commerce management, social media, and more
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Coding skills an asset

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team full-time. As the lead Digital Marketing Strategist, you will assist in developing our digital strategy and responsibilities include implementing, planning, and managing all digital needs and marketing initiatives. Effective communication is required to interact with our web agency to ensure all aspects of our site are functioning correctly.

We are looking for experienced individuals to liaison with our luxury brand partners and web developers with at least 10 years experience.

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
