**The Role - Digital Marketer**

**Who You Are**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
**Tactical Execution**: Involved in the customer segmentation planning efforts, and able to implement strategic initiatives across the channel mix, as well as support back-end integrations.
**Technically Savvy**:Multi-platform experience across the tech stack, including MS Office Suite, Hubspot, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress (Elementor), LinkedIn Ads are required.
**A True Team Player**:A strong teamwork ethic and a personal style that is polished, tactful, and collaborative.
**Project Manager Extraordinaire**: Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience evaluating marketing campaigns and key performance indicators - dashboard development would be considered an asset. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Campaign Management - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites, utilizing a range of techniques including Ads and SEO.
- Website content curation - manage the ongoing content upkeep, continually analyze, develop, and revise content for all our websites
- Social media management - daily social media updates, ongoing storytelling, event themes and discussions, branded content etc. across all social platforms
- Performance measurement - create dashboards for key performance metrics for the business, and analyse the success of digital media campaigns, specifically on LinkedIn.
- Research and Benchmarking - analyze market trends and customer behaviour.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in digital storytelling, as demonstrated by a portfolio.
- Very keen attention to detail when it comes to content, copy and presentation.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with multiple team members (internal and external).
- Growth-minded, humble and vision-based with a roll-up your sleeves mindset
- Graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with WordPress and Hubspot.
- Ability
- Experience managing social media campaigns, including design, campaign set-up, analysis, and optimization.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads strongly preferred.
- Knowledge in Google Analytics would be an asset.

**Eligibility**
Must currently be legally eligible to work in Canada. This is a Calgary based position and please note at this time we do not offer permanent remote work opportunities or relocation/sponsorship support. This role works Monday to Friday and will require periods of after hours, weekend and non-social time. Travel may be required. A reliable vehicle and mobile phone are required.
