We are seeking a motivated **Sales Account Executive** to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth by closing inbound leads, developing SEO strategies, and fostering meaningful partnerships.
**Position Overview**
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for closing inbound leads by booking discovery calls, preparing detailed proposals and audits, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships. You will also develop and implement SEO strategies for clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Additionally, you will build and maintain referral and partnership channels to expand our client base.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Lead Management**
- Close inbound leads by scheduling and conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, audits, and strategic plans that align with client goals and expectations.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead nurturing efforts.
**SEO Strategy & Implementation**
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analyses.
- Develop actionable SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, enhance rankings, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to implement SEO-driven content strategies.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.
**Partnerships & Referral Programs**
- Build and nurture referral networks and strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and industry experts to expand our reach and authority.
- Leverage existing client relationships to secure testimonials, referrals, and case studies.
**Account Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables meet the highest standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in digital marketing or SEO.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to craft and implement strategies for client growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools
- Proficient in analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in managing referral programs or partnership networks.
- Familiarity with Loom for creating personalized client pitches.
- Strong personal brand on LinkedIn or other professional networks.
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup or agency environment.
