**Summary**:
Represent the EE Football Club Limited Partnership with respect to the promotion and sales of ticket products. The expectation is to sell all ticket products, including season ticket packages, mini game packages, group sales and premium seating. As a leader within the ticketing department, you will be expected to provide leadership and mentorship to those you work with. You will be relied on by the organization to provide not only your revenue numbers, but also help foster a culture of teamwork and development within the ticketing department.

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for the sale of EE Football Club Limited Partnership ticket products, specifically casual tickets, mini game packages, season seats, premium seating and group tickets.
- Prospect and generate leads for the EE Football Club Limited Partnership by utilizing lead lists, internet resources, business organizations, and work events.
- Effectively execute the business-to-business sales process through cold calls, setting meetings, presenting product recommendations, closing sales, and maintaining professional relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals/targets and activity requirements.
- Manage and maintain prospects and pipeline effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within Archtics.
- Follow all Sales Team policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a positive work environment for all team members.
- Ensure utmost quality customer service.
- Address customer issues/complaints in accordance with Club policy.
- Work with stadium operators and suppliers to ensure all aspects of service are met.
- Provide ongoing communication and feedback to Manager.
- Prepare and submit all required sales reports and other related administrative tasks by deadlines provided.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conferences as required.
- Develop and foster strong working rapport with other departments.
- Help grow the Account Executives through mentorship and guidance.
- As a leader the decisions you make must reflect the organizations goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Game Day Duties**:

- Work in the Team Store during games to develop new leads.
- Work in Premium Seating areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with appropriate on-site service providers.
- Visit key clients and contacts.
- Work with team operations to ensure proper activation of all promotional programs
- Offer all clients and customers point of contact service.
- Provide guidance and supervise other gameday and full-time employees.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong prospecting and client building skills.
- Assertive, self-starter with proven ability to manage time wisely.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Experience with a CRM software would be an asset.
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and home game days, and holidays as required.
- Experience with high level clientele.
- High level of proactiveness, inner drive, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised and to function both independently and as a good teammate.
- Ability to take feedback and make changes to continue to grow as a Senior Account Executive.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales quotas and meeting and surpassing these targets.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Business and industry sales experience with a minimum of (3) three-years related sales experience.
- Experience with sports ticketing selling considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of Ticketmaster (Archtics) and use of a CRM system is an asset.
