**Mission**

The Administrative Assistant will support our teams working on a variety of projects. Are you recognized for your thoroughness and ability to manage priorities and deadlines? The stimulating challenges of this position will meet your expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive clients and handle telephone calls
- Perform word processing and revise the French quality of various documents, specifications, reports, communications, presentations, etc
- Convene meeting and training sessions, book rooms and videoconferences, prepare agendas, draft minutes
- Coordinate with various contractors and suppliers, as needed
- Opportunity to participate in various internal innovation programs
- Manage and monitor purchases of office equipment, e.g., stationery
- Other related tasks

**Profile**
- Vocational Studies (DVS) or College Diploma (DCS), in office automation or administration
- Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Fluency in verbal and written French
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with several stakeholders at the same time and to manage priorities and stress accordingly
