As a Part-Time Operations Coordinator you will be one of the key individuals that ensures our jobsites are up to Quality Standards.

As a Part-Time Operations Coordinator, you will have the autonomy to make your own decisions, and to create and meet your own goals.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Visit jobsites to ensure a standard level of quality is provided to its customers.
- Complete Ad Hoc tasks
- Will oversee the start up of new customers and ensures cleaning staff understand duties, responsibilities, and the scope of work.
- Will be the primary liaison handling sub-contractors’ queries.

- Ability to work well on a team.
- Very detail oriented
- Good Communication and Listening skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Richmond, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Richmond, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
