Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator (OC) role will involve managing and coordinating inventory, deliveries, and shipments. The OC will oversee large arrivals of shipments and new inventory, keep track of shortages, and implement new processes and policies to enhance warehouse organization and efficiency. This role will also involve coordinating with other teams and maintaining high service quality standards. At Zeus, your voice matters.
**What you’ll do**:
- Maintain high service quality standards, incorporating strategic processes in managing inventory and deliveries.
- Coordinate the arrival of large shipments and the organization of new inventory.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels, track shortages, and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and implement new processes and policies to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Provide consistent follow-up on inventory status and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure all shipments are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Oversee the organization of the warehouse to maximize space and improve workflow.
**What you bring**:
- 2 years’ experience in logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Valid Drivers License required.
- Proven ability to manage large shipments and coordinate inventory efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to implement effective solutions.
- Knowedge of QuickBooks Enterprise software for managing inventory is an asset.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks is an asset, though not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with inventory management software and technology.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in managing logistics and inventory processes.
- Knowledge of the health, wellness, and fitness industry is an asset.
