To support the expansive growth that is underway, we are excited to welcome a **Key Account Sales Representative**.

This role will involve executing market intelligence initiatives in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley to lead the development of winning strategies that increase the Brand Equity and Awareness of BC Green’s brands and products in the marketplace, measured through market penetration of BC Green’s various products, Avg SKU count per store and market share.

**Position Overview**
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop the Company’s New and Existing Retail Account Management practices through gathering ‘on-the-ground’ intelligence over effective sales strategies with brick-and-mortar licensed cannabis retailers throughout the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley, based on assigned priorities.
- Business Development and entrepreneurial spirit: ability to identify opportunities to grow sales, propose a plan, and execute it to expand market share.
- Maintain a strong level of agility to continue to adapt and evolve practices to develop a winning strategy that can be rolled out province wide.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts to share progress and learnings, and maintain alignment with management (at minimum weekly).
- Oversee and maintain the relationships between BC Green and regional key account customers/ chain groups to form long-term partnerships that deliver measurable results.
- Drive brand success through leadership selling, trade channels, and actively supporting the selling efforts of new sales staff as the team expands.
- Create, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established customer accounts (e.g., cannabis brand events, product launches, etc.).
- Perform other job-related duties, as required.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary education, preferably in Business Administration, Agriculture and Environmental Studies, Cannabis Studies, Healthcare, or other applicable background or comparable experience.
- Must be 20 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in cannabis or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, along with a personal vehicle for use during working hours (car allowance provided).
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
- Prepared to travel throughout the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley and work nontraditional hours, including trade shows and/or corporate conferences and meetings.
- Must live in BC’s Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley.
- Prepared to spend some time in the Vancouver office working with Senior Leadership.

CA$60,000 - $80,000/yr. + commission
