**About Us**:
Founded in 1947, Gillespie Munro is a full-service, Canadian international freight forwarding firm specializing in innovative solutions to our clients, and agents' transportation needs. The company's international operations are divided into four principal areas of activity: international freight forwarding agency, marine chartering, international projects, and air freight.

This is an in-office position. Monday - Friday 8:00am-5pm

**You will**:

- Develop and manage your own book of business through B2B cold calling.
- Identify, qualify and build new business relationships with prospective customers.
- Classify, contact, and qualify potential customers while building new business relationships with those prospective customers. Implement and maintain a sales pipeline for those prospective customers.
- Maintain exceptional customer service, professionalism, and integrity with existing clients and making connections with industry specialists.
- Attend industry functions to represent Gillespie Munro Inc.
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports.

**You have**:

- Confidence in yourself, strong sales tactics, ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Consistently building new business while maintaining those strong customer relationships.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills, as well as interpersonal customer relation skills - preferred Bilingual for the Montreal office.
- Have adaptability when dealing with challenging circumstances, demands, and last-minute deadlines.

Les opérations internationales de l'entreprise sont divisées en quatre domaines d'activité principaux : transitaire international, affrètement maritime, projets internationaux et fret aérien.

Il s'agit d'un poste en cabinet. Du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00

**Vous serez**:

- Développez et gérez votre propre portefeuille d'affaires grâce au démarchage téléphonique B2B.
- Identifier, qualifier et construire de nouvelles relations d'affaires avec des clients potentiels.
- Classer, contacter et qualifier les clients potentiels tout en établissant de nouvelles relations commerciales avec ces clients potentiels. Mettre en œuvre et maintenir un pipeline de ventes pour ces clients potentiels.
- Maintenir un service client, un professionnalisme et une intégrité exceptionnels avec les clients existants et établir des liens avec des spécialistes de l'industrie.
- Assister à des réceptions de l'industrie pour représenter Gillespie Munro Inc.
- Compléter les rapports de ventes hebdomadaires et mensuels.
