**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Account Manager specializing in the food and beverage sector, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Prime Automation. Leveraging your expertise in the industry, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor our automation solutions to meet the specific needs and challenges of our food and beverage clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector, including manufacturers, processors, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized automation solutions that address client needs and drive value.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in system sales and business development, with a focus on the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
