**Qualifications and Experience**
- Education: University/College/CEGEP/Post Secondary.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing setting.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Must have a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage more than one project at a time.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Problem solving skills are essential.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Team Player - excellent interpersonal skills and positive personality.
- Ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail.
- Mechanical engineering/mechanical technology/technician not required but an asset.

**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including direct customer and online customers.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Prepare quotes, enter and manage orders.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Sales engineers to meet project deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take customer sales orders, update customer sales orders, update customers on order status and coordinate deliveries.
- Promote existing and new products.
- Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Resolve product and service-related problems.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
