We are looking for an experienced **Financial Services Manager (FSM)** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving the success of our Business Office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build customer trust and confidence in the Hyundai brand through professional and courteous service.
- Sell financial and insurance products, including extended warranties, insurance plans, appearance protection packages, and accessories.
- Secure financing approvals from various lenders tailored to meet customer needs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with banks, finance companies, and manufacturers.
- Stay current on the latest vehicle knowledge, rebate programs, and finance incentives.
- Accurately prepare and submit all necessary documents for vehicle registration, contracts, and funding.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while tracking revenue and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay at the top of your game.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **At least 2 years of experience** in automotive finance and insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High energy and enthusiasm with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
- Strong team player who can also thrive working independently.
- Valid **OMVIC License** and **Driver’s License**.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
