**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train, and manage a dynamic team of 20+ Ambassadors.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Engage daily with 50-100 people, with a target of closing 10% on premium memberships.
- Train Ambassadors to reach daily engagement targets and achieve an 8-10% closure rate on premium memberships.
- Oversee and grow the market share within the Kingston territory.

Pay: $115,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
