We are currently recruiting for a Supply Staff Placement Supervisor to become part of our talented and committed People Services team for approximately one year to cover a parental leave. We strive for a strong, positive work culture and this role helps create that for may of our new and existing employees.

**Full-Time, Term Contract Commencing January 2024 for approximately 12 months**
**Monday through Friday - 37.5 hours per week**
**Typical hours are 5:30 am-1:30 pm with some flexibility as needed**
**Work mode: Hybrid remote**

***Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Early Childhood Education or a combination of related education and experience
- Experience in staffing and performance management is an asset
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and pro-active
- Demonstrated organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well developed time management skills and ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in Windows based word processing, spreadsheets and databases, as well as Human Resources Information Systems
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Effective presentation skills

**Position responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the other Supply Staff Placement Supervisor and others at LCC to ensure all programs are staffed in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate and maintain an efficient supply staffing process
- Provide support and guidance to new and existing supply staff
- Coordinate and present Orientations and Support Sessions
- Support the People Services team as required
