**Shifts Available**:
**Afternoons**: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

**Midnights**: 10:00pm - 6:00am

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for all facets of the operations on the shift. This involves leading all aspects of operational performance, customer relations, continuous improvement, and people development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain care and control of labour force
- Develop loyal, empowered and engaged workforce
- Mentor, coach and train staff in their job duties and responsibilities
- Deliver performance evaluations
- Responsible for organizational planning, metrics reporting and monitoring
- Provide leadership and guidance while promoting a positive work environment
- Work in a collaborative manner with all levels of management
- Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure corrective steps are taken
- Ensure productivity/ quality performance metrics are reached in an effective, efficient, and safe manner
- Communicate with the customer providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure daily reporting of operational, attendance and quality requirements are completed
- Coordinate, assign and review the work of all Warehouse Associates/Material Handlers
- Follow all company Policies, Rules, Communication Notices, directions provided work instructions/process maps
- Perform special projects as required

**EDUCATION /JOB KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**:

- The Supervisor will have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ideally, they will also have previously earned a post-secondary degree or diploma
- Use of a reliable vehicle every day and maintaining a valid driver’s license
- Maintaining a Controlled Goods security clearance is an expectation of employment
