- The daily activities the Administrative Assistant will include answering the phone, maintaining paper and electronic filing system, assisting visitors and data entry. Assisting the Office Manager with A/P, processing timesheets and creating monthly invoices.
- Greet and assist customers in person and on the phone. Ensure the phone is answered in a timely and friendly manner. Direct calls/mail to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all invoices are entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate monthly customer invoices.
- Verify and record all bills and visa charges, employee expenses and assist in reconciling visa statements.
- Prepare A/P reports for management as required.
- Check mail daily and deposit cheques as required.
- Order office supplies and services as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Education
- 1-2 years experience in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and handle multiple assignments at a time
- Problem solving abilities is an asset
- Minimum 1 year experience using Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic filing and work processes
- Strong organization skills
- Experience with project management software is an asset
- Reliable transportation is required

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6-8 hours/day

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
