Red House Realty Brokerage Inc. is an independent brokerage operating across Ontario. Our boutique style firm offers clients peace of mind and professionalism during the Real Estate Process. Our Agents are offered end to end leads and full marketing done by our team to ensure they can focus on what's most important: Their client.
**Administrative Assistant/Office Administration Responsibilities**
- Answer phones, manage incoming calls and walk-ins.
- Assist agents on day-to-day activities via phone or in-person.
- Work closely with existing systems to ensure our database and CRM is up to date and accurate.
- Manage office and kitchen supplies.
- Process and track deal documentation.
- Manage lead generation distribution to agents.
- Detailed database entry.
- Open and close office if the need arises.
- Update our listings as needed.
- Prepare documentation as requested by the Broker of Record.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Microsoft Office and Excel experience a MUST.
- Experience with MLS is a bonus.
- Experience working in a real estate brokerage is a bonus.
- Outgoing strong interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative to learn.
- Excellent phone and conversational skills.
- Punctual and Organized.
**Experience**:
- Real Estate Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- Administrative Assistant: 2 years (required)
- Education:
- Secondary School (required)
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Toronto, ON M5R 2H4 (preferred)
