Job Title: Administrative Clerk II
Number of Openings: 1
Location: Edmonton, AB T6P 11
Hours: Approx. 8-4:30 M-F
**Job Type**: Contract (6+ months)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Must have HS Diploma
- Shipping Coordinator experience - this role is heavily focused on shipping and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or SAP enterprise systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing (MFG) setting, particularly in administrative duties related to planning, logistics, and shipping coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Excel proficiency - experience in managing large volumes of data.
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks):
- Drive work order packaging using JD Edwards enterprise system.
- Create work orders, print documents, pull drawings, and create work packages.
- Manage the closing of work orders once work is completed on the floor.
- Heavy focus on shipping coordinator tasks.
- Follow up on and organize shipping activities.
- Support planning/logistics team with tasks such as work orders and shipments.
- Handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform invoicing tasks.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Additional experience supporting a planning/logistics team in a manufacturing environment.
