What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join and provide support for our team in a dynamic roll with exposure to many different aspects of the business and opportunity for growth in our expanding field. We are looking for someone with high energy and a positive attitude that is willing to learn. Good attention to detail and the ability to multi task are important in assisting us in being able to efficiently and effectively service our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Basic Accounting procedures - posting receivables and payables
- Working with the bailiffs and vendors for scheduling
- Assisting in the processing of court bailiff files
- Answer incoming calls and questions for potential clients
- Filing, mailing and faxing
- General office responsibilities

Background and Skills:

- Strong Computer skills -- including significant experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Exposure to basic accounting/bookkeeping skills-experience with Simply Accounting would be an asset..
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Being able to read and understand some legal material and court documents
- Some Post Secondary education would be an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
