**Les responsabilités qui vous seront confiées comprennent**:

- Vérifier, traiter et comptabiliser les transactions commerciales non liées aux clients.
- Gérer la boîte de courriel des comptes fournisseurs en acheminant les factures à traiter vers le membre de l’équipe concerné.
- Veiller à ce que les dépenses soient payées rapidement et tenues à jour.
- Répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs et des employés dans le respect des normes de service établies.
- Soutenir les activités de clôture de fin de mois, y compris la préparation des écritures de journal, les rapprochements des comptes et des visas, l’analyse des écarts et le soutien à l’audit de fin d’exercice, le cas échéant.
- Mettre à jour l’inventaire des immobilisations de l’organisme.
- Tenir la base de données et les fichiers comptables de l’organisme organisés et à jour.
- Agir en tant que remplaçant des autres membres de l’équipe en cas de besoin.
- Accomplir les autres tâches qui lui sont assignées.

Service Coordination Soutien (SCS) est le premier contact pour les personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle ou de l’autisme dans la région d’Ottawa et la région de l’Est. Nous aidons les gens à trouver les soutiens et les services dans la communauté qui sont nécessaires pour les aider dans leur vie quotidienne. L’un de nos objectifs importants est de donner aux familles et aux particuliers les moyens de faire des choix éclairés au sujet du soutien qu’ils cherchent.

**Emplacement & engagements**:

- Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein à notre bureau d’Ottawa.
- SCS est heureux d’offrir une semaine de travail de 35 heures dans un environnement de travail à distance hybride.
- Des heures supplémentaires occasionnelles seront nécessaires.

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- ** Profil linguistique**: Bilingue dans les deux langues officielles (écrit et verbal) de préférence.
- ** Études**: Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme d’études collégiales en comptabilité ou en affaires est préférable, bien qu’une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience puisse être acceptée.
- ** Expérience**: Un minimum d’un an d’expérience progressive dans un environnement de comptabilité de bureau est requis.
- ** Logiciel**: Compétences en Excel intermédiaires requises. Expérience avec Great Plains et SharePoint un atout.
- Souci du détail et capacité avérée à tenir des dossiers complets et à maintenir un système de classement clair et organisé tout en gérant plusieurs projets.
- Sens aigu de l’éthique professionnelle et de la collaboration avec les clients internes et externes, les clients, les bénévoles et les partenaires, tout en manifestant une forte orientation client.
- Autonomie, compétences supérieures en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps, capacité à gérer les priorités qui se chevauchent et les multiples domaines de responsabilité.
- Expérience antérieure dans un environnement d’organisme à but non lucratif, un atout.
