Bilingual Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our exciting team of dynamic professionals in our growing organization. If you are a customer-oriented, highly motivated, dynamic, proactive team player seeking a challenging position, works well with mínimal supervision, meets deadlines successfully, and effectively multi-task, we would like to hear from you
- This position will be responsible for the following contributions to our success:_
- Provide administrative support to Property Managers
- Prepare purchase orders
- Contact service providers for quotes, service requests, etc.
- Maintain owner/resident lists
- Scan and save documents to server under appropriate property
- Draft correspondence such as arrears letters, notices, etc.
- Filing
- Reception coverage, as required
- Perform other related duties that may arise or be assigned
- Ideally, this position would be of interest to those with the following qualifications:_
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Pleasant telephone manner and customer focused personality
- Knowledge of MS Office and other computer related skills
- Excellent communication, grammar and spelling skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team oriented, diligent and reliable
- Prior experience in Property Management industry considered an asset
