Administrative Assistant Help/receptionist

High end wood manufacturing company with international presence is looking for an office support staff to join our team for administrative and computer work with documentation, invoicing, inventory, data entry and bookkeeping filing. Export of our products is a large majority of our business therefore documentation review and accuracy is integral for this job.
**Responsibilities**:
- Purchase Order creation;
- Procuring material;
- Data entry
- Answering the phone calls
- Transport logistics is also a part of this job description;
- Order tracking;
- Sending estimates;
- Knowledge of different products and services that company offers;
Proficient MS Word, MS Excel knowledge is essential. Knowing how to create reports, templates is preferred.
Potential growth within the company is available.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
