**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing information or directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and appointment schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective customer support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or clerical role is preferred, especially in a physio office setting.
- JANE experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Clerical experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Phone etiquette: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
