Reception/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special projects as assigned - Managing multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Apps specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint for document creating or collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and equipment
- Familiarity with Poster and Video making using Platforms like Canva & wondershare
- Administrative and Customer service experience is beneficial
