Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer inquiries to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi -Punjabi is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Customer service experience is a plus

Pay: $17.20-$17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
