**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls and addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate to meet sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of information provided.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry systems and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional service and support to customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings or weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.87-$21.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
