What You Will Be Working On- Hourly Timesheet Reconciliation- Engage with craft recruitment team to support the onboarding process of hourly craft- Assist with updating and posting current job vacancies via applicant tracking system- Maintain data integrity and accuracy- Compile Monthly Metrics- Gather resumes received from a variety of sources and input into centralized database- Data entry of all employee documentation including safety tickets, resumes, new hire packages and other documents as required- Assist with safety training request- Conduct verification of required certifications- Assists in tracking of training requirements, apprenticeship programs for existing employees- Maintain internal SharePoint with updated information- Assist with labour market research- Follow up with any outstanding requests and requirements to ensure craft employees are ready for site mobilization- Support Labour Relations/Recruitment team with additional project functions as required

What We Are Looking For- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity preferably in a construction, industrial or similar organization- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office- Experience working in a high pace, high volume for skilled trades and labour positions an asset- Ability to operate within an environment where change happens frequently- Ability to grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups- Strong written and oral communication skills, thoughtful, proactive, creative- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities.- Capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them

Education/Requirements:

- Must have valid driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills, including experience working with software and proficient with Microsoft suite - Word, Excel and Outlook
