**Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely preparation, posting, and subsequent delivery of invoices to Clients.
- Documenting and following various Client invoicing requirements as outlined in the purchase orders.
- Administer electronic invoicing in Client or 3rd party invoicing systems (OpenInvoice, Ariba, GEP Smart, Fieldglass, etc.)
- Act as a key liaison for Clients, addressing any invoice related issues or requirements as identified.
- Assist team members with the timely collection of Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure timely maintenance of Client records in the Company’s ERP system (Deltek).
- Work cross functionally with Finance, Operations and Central Services to coordinate initiatives and implement related practices and procedures as needed.
- Complete a range of special projects as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Superior communication skills both oral and written.
- 3 years of project invoicing/accounting experience.
- Intermediate understanding of accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, developing relationships between multiple organizational areas.
- Adaptable and able to prioritize varying daily requests.
