**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the Toronto Office
- Procurement of supplies (office & kitchen) as well as organizing catering/lunch for all staff
- Managing the day-to-day administration and records management
- Organizing and filing department files
- Assisting with various vendor accounts (re: phone, internet etc.)
- Maintaining and organizing documentation
- Assisting in drafting of miscellaneous staff memos as required
- Other administrative duties as required (i.e meeting minutes, managing mail and packing slips etc.)
- Scheduling and coordinating travel as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of administrative and/or reception experience. Construction office experience an asset
- Relevant accounting/business diploma or degree an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk/Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
