CGC Inc. is currently recruiting Sales Representative in the Southwestern Ontario/London Area.
This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their selling and customer service skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative include:
Developing strong relationships with internal departments including marketing, manufacturing, distribution, customer service and accounting is also critical for success in this role. The Sales Representative works within general guidelines and procedures, exercising independent judgment while being committed to safety, quality, reliability, and customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. Significant relevant experience may be considered degree equivalent.
- 3 years minimum customer-faced experience (technical expertise and industry knowledge is preferred).
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.
- Must demonstrate proven success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
- Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.
