Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:
Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks.

Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

Database Management:
Update and maintain client databases and contact lists.

Input property listings and update MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listings.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.

Client Support:
Schedule appointments and meetings for real estate professionals.

Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Coordinate with clients, agents, and vendors to schedule property showings and inspections.

Office Operations:
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

Assist in organizing office events and meetings.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in a real estate or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with real estate terminology and MLS systems preferred.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.00 per hour
