**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Extraction**:

- Develop and implement efficient strategies for extracting data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, flat files, and other structured/unstructured formats.
- Utilize Python and SQL to create scripts and queries for extracting relevant data

**Data Transformation**:

- Design and implement robust data transformation processes to clean, enrich and structure data according to business requirements.
- Use Python for data manipulation and transformation tasks, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data transformation needs and implement solutions accordingly.

**Data Loading**:

- Develop and maintain ETL workflows to load transformed data into target systems, databases or data warehouses.
- Optimize loading processes to achieve maximum efficiency and minimize data latency.
- Ensure data integrity during the loading phase and implement error-handling mechanisms.

**Integration with BI Tools**:

- Integrate ETL processes with Power BI and Tableau to facilitate data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to create meaningful dashboards and reports based on the extracted and transformed data.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings for reference and future enhancements.
- Generate regular reports on ETL job status, performance metrics and data quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ETL Specialist with a focus on Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and SQL query optimization.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes for complex data scenarios.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts.
- Knowledge of best practices for data quality, data governance, and data security.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
