Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?
- Tu relèveras directement de la Vice-Présidence RH et tu auras pour mandat d’accompagner EspaceProprio dans la mise en place et l’optimisation de modules dans notre système Workday, des différents programmes de rémunération, d’avantages sociaux et les initiatives santé de l’organisation.
- Tu contribueras à l’harmonisation des programmes d’avantages sociaux, à la gestion du changement, à l’éducation et à la formation des différentes parties prenantes autour des initiatives de rémunération globale, et tu joueras un rôle-clé dans l’équipe de projet dédiée à l’amélioration de nos modules Workday.- En parallèle des projets structurants, tu seras responsable du pilotage du processus de révision salariale annuelle et du dossier d’équité salariale.
- Plus précisément, les responsabilités consisteront à :- Contribuer à la planification annuelle RH pour le volet rémunération globale et avantages sociaux;-
- Assurer la mise à jour et le maintien de la structure de rémunération globale d’EspaceProprio;-
- Appuyer l’organisation dans l’évolution des programmes de bonification variable et de commission;-
- Participer à la gestion et à l’amélioration du module rémunération de Workday en collaboration avec l’équipe SIRH;-
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour le volet rémunération dans l’implantation du module de rémunération avancée de Workday;-
- Diriger et améliorer le processus annuel de révision salariale et de bonification en collaboration avec les équipes de finance et des partenaires RH;-
- Diriger et améliorer l’ensemble des processus de rémunération globale (révision salariale annuelle, programme d’assurances collectives et de mieux-être, équité salariale);-
- Collaborer avec l'équipe des communications corporatives lors du déploiement des initiatives de rémunération et assurer la gestion du changement;-
- Conseiller et former les partenaires d’affaires RH et les gestionnaires relativement aux pratiques et politiques de rémunération;-
- Assurer la livraison de divers projets liés à la rémunération tels que le développement, la conception ou révision des programmes, politiques, directives et matériel de formation en lien avec la fonction.- Ce qu’il te faut pour être Spécialiste, rémunération globale et avantages sociaux chez nous?-
- Un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent, par exemple : administration des affaires, ressources humaines, relations industrielles;
- Une expérience significative et pertinente en rémunération ayant permis d’être exposé à différents modèles de rémunération et de collaborer avec des partenaires externes;
- Une connaissance de Workday ou d’un SIRH d’envergure (un atout considérable);
- Une connaissance des concepts de rémunération des ventes;
- La capacité à naviguer efficacement dans un contexte de développement et mise en place d’initiatives;
- Être apte à concilier différentes priorités et à piloter des projets structurants en parallèle des responsabilités quotidiennes;
- Avoir une vision globale tout en ayant une approche terrain et un juste degré d’attention aux détails;
- Faire preuve de débrouillardise et d'autonomie;
- Avoir une sens de l’influence;
- Posséder des habiletés en gestion du changement;
- Avoir un tempérament imaginatif, proactif et orienté vers les solutions;
- Avoir une maîtrise avancée de l’environnement Microsoft 365 et des outils collaboratifs (Teams);
- Avoir eu l'opportunité de travailler sur l’implantation, l’amélioration et l’optimisation de politiques de rémunération globale (un atout);
- Posséder une expérience dans un rôle qui demande d’intervenir à tous les niveaux (stratégie, réflexion, vision, pilotage de projets, déploiement d’initiatives, gestion de processus cycliques et quotidiens) avec une forte imputabilité, un degré d’autonomie important et une grande variété de responsabilités (un atout);
