Le spécialiste de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux se concentrera sur la rémunération globale et les récompenses. Il est chargé de superviser, de maintenir et d'administrer tous les aspects de la politique de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux. Il assistera également le HRBP dans le cadre d'autres initiatives en matière de ressources humaines et dans la gestion de l'analyse des données du système d'information sur les ressources humaines (HRIS).

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des politiques de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux ; collecter et analyser les données de l'enquête pour comparer la position de l'entreprise en matière de rémunération globale ; Collaborer avec les partenaires commerciaux et les responsables des ressources humaines pour diagnostiquer les problèmes de rémunération et recommander des solutions potentielles ainsi que des conseils sur les stratégies et les décisions en matière de gestion des salaires.
Utiliser les indicateurs RH et l'analyse des données pour identifier les tendances, les modèles et les idées. Préparer des rapports et des présentations pour communiquer les résultats et les recommandations à la direction générale.
Gérer la conception et l'administration des régimes d'avantages sociaux, tels que les régimes d'assurance médicale, dentaire, visuelle, d'invalidité, d'assurance-vie et de retraite.
Superviser le développement et la maintenance de l'ensemble du contenu de la rémunération globale dans les différents systèmes, y compris la création et le dépôt des descriptions de postes, les mises à jour des fourchettes de salaires, les lignes directrices relatives à l'administration des salaires et des avantages sociaux.
Formation : Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines ou expérience pertinente
Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience au sein d'un département RH
Solides compétences en Excel, PBI, et en rédaction de rapports
The individual is responsible for overseeing, maintaining and administering all aspects of the remuneration and benefits policy. Also, will support HRBP on other HR initiatives and management of data analytics of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

evaluate and revise programs based on changes in policy direction and trend analysis.
Ensure market competitiveness of salaries through participation in salary surveys; compile appropriate market matches for survey benchmark roles; collect and analyze survey data to benchmark the company's total compensation position; Perform compensation analysis to support ad hoc requests to ensure equality in remuneration.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to diagnose compensation issues and recommend potential solutions and guidance on pay management strategies and decisions.
Use HR indicators and data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to senior management.
Manage the design and administration of benefit plans, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Oversee the development and maintenance of all total rewards content within various systems, including creation and repository of job descriptions, updates on salary ranges, salary and benefits administration guidelines.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a HR department.
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Advanced proficiency of spreadsheet software
