Ecommerce Content Specialist - Junior, Keter NA

Location: Milton, ON

Fixed Term Contract (6-9 months)

Hybrid, 1-day in the office

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 CAD

**Job Summary**:
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:

- Support content updates with ongoing paid campaign activities across key platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop engaging site content, style, and layout that align with brand guidelines and identity.
- Write, edit, proofread, and improve copy.
- Liaise with content creators to ensure brand voice consistency.

Optimization:

- Optimize content according to SEO best practices.
- Work alongside the performance team to impellent insights from users’ engagement metrics.

Content Management:

- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure team is aligned.
- Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
- Manage and update content across all ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in marketing, design, performance and development to align content strategy with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for content production and paid initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Have experience in editing and managing content across platforms, tools, and methods, up to date with all recent developments.
- Experienced in digital marketing, with an advantage to ecommerce and perhaps working with/at an online retailer.
- Excellent writing skills to convey the Keter brand story across various platforms (social as well as retailers’ platforms) as well as answering customers comments. Analytical orientation to present performance reports.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the various functions in North America and globally.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excel in a fast-paced environment while balancing short
- and long-term projects.
- Demonstrate adaptability in the ever-changing digital space and the ability to think like a consumer and be willing to try new things, take chances, and test ideas.
- Perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented.
- With its global reach, working in Keter means collaborating with global functions across the company and sharing and best practices.

****Required Education, Training and Experience**
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
- Basic knowledge of web publishing
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience (agency/brand/retail)
- Experience in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer an asset.
- In-depth understanding of the digital space and up to date with constant developments
- Hands on experience with MS Office, Canva. Additional experience in photoshop in an advantage
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Curious, creative, excellent communication skills
- Able to work with various functions - internal and external, and in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional writing skills in English language.
