- Protecting travellers - and supporting those responsible for their safety - is our business.- We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 4 operation centres in Australia, Canada, and the UK, responding to the cries for help we receive from travellers across the globe.- So, what's the job?- You'll provide leadership in ensuring all appropriate licenses are held and maintained.
- You'll assist with the maintenance and implementation of the corporate licensing strategy.
- You’ll conduct research and analysis on existing and upcoming changes to all applicable regulations related to the distribution and adjudication of Travel Assistance and Travel Claims services; summarizing for internal communication, and suggesting necessary enhancements or changes to internal processes and procedures.
- You'll create and embed a risk-aware and regulatory compliant culture and provide education to internal and external stakeholders on licensing matters.
- You'll demonstrate unquestionable ethics.
- You'll always represent World Travel Protection in a professional manner.

- What are we looking for?- Required:
- You'll possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligent follow-through on tasks and projects, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- You'll demonstrate technical proficiency in operating software, primarily in a window-based environment.
- You'll have strong experience with Microsoft suite of products, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You'll display tact, diplomacy, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Previous experience and understanding of travel distribution and insurance is advantageous.
- You’ll have knowledge of Canadian and US licensing requirements.
- You'll need the ability to handle a high volume of tasks with urgency, meeting specific deadlines consistently.
- You'll have a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent industry experience.
