**Title**: Specialist, Change and Release Management
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver Area - Sinclair Office (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
**Occupational Certification**
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate, Essential
- ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Intermediate in Release, Control and Validation (RCV), Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Preferred
**Experience**
- 5 to 7 years of related experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on Change and Release Management
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM, particularly in Change Management and Release Management modules.
- Strong background in ITIL processes and best practices
**Competencies**
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, especially in Change Management and Release Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess change impacts and risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business units.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Experience in healthcare IT environments preferred.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, software development lifecycles, and deployment methodologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Diplomatic approach to balancing technical requirements with business needs.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
