**What You’ll Do**
- Manage assigned established accounts, new accounts and promoting new ideas to Clients for future business.
- Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts through timely responses to requests, anticipation of requirements and preparation of customer specifications.
- Assist in large scale projects such as RFPs.
- Obtain internal and customer sign-off on specifications and artwork.
- Manage the flow of all other paperwork required to keep game orders on schedule to meet customers’ delivery requirements.
- Work closely with Director, Sales & Marketing and Senior Account Executive to help identify opportunities, resolve issues and to assist assigned lotteries to meet their objectives, as well as assist in business development efforts.

- An individual possessing outstanding communication abilities and strong interpersonal aptitude.
- Someone who is customer focused who can foster strong relationships.
- Highly organized individuals who excel in managing multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Post-secondary education.
- 2-5 years’ experience in an account management role.
- A minimum 1 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in absence of specific directions from management.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat as well as Web systems and databases.
- Strong grammatical and typing/data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and is able to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
- Previous project management experience is an asset.
- Lottery experience is an asset.
