We are looking for a **Sales Administrator** at our **Guelph location**.
**Responsibilities include: -**
1. Stocking in vehicles
2. Licensing
3. OnStar Registration on vehicles getting delivered
4. Maintaining Ministry issued Garage Book and Retail Excellence Log.
5. Processing Dealer Trades and writing cheques.
6. Printing and processing invoices from different vendors.
7. Communicating with the sales department regarding sales leads and incoming vehicles.
8. Backing up reception by answering incoming calls in a timely manner with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
9. Paying off Chattels
10. Working closely with owners and the administrative team.
11. Backing up reception when needed.
12. Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Requirements: -**
1. Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
2. Experience with Licensing is preferred.
3. Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment.
4. Computer skills (Word and Excel) a minimum.
5. Previous experience with PBS and Easy Deal will be considered an asset.
6. The ability to work independently in an unsupervised arrangement and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
7. Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized.
